oh that's easy, delete everything you DONT NEED!
that way, you have more space for the things you need.

and dont put hi-quality pics, eats up memory, especially animated gifs.
dont put too many themes, since you only use one. (unless you change themes every minute or so).
choose which MMS to save. MMS eats up big memory too.
i guess these basically are a few pointers to keep in mind.

ey heheh i know what you say boy.... my memory is everyday full >.o

What i do is keep only one animated gif and not so much voicerecordings.... for images i keep them in jpg mode (from 8-9 kbs enhaced gifs it takes only 2 kbs on jpg, and if you look for the good colours from the palette the image keeps similar )

can anyone make a suggestion as to how to allocate the memory for sms, mms, gifs, jpgs, etc? so we can make the proper adjustments and have the most optimal memory? =)

the least you're taking up the faster the phone works. i've found this after a mate did a master reset. it was suddeny fastr. i guess it's jsut like a pc wen it's full it slows down becuase it has more memoreuy to search throuhg.
