Upgrade P910 camera? |

Is it possible to upgrade the P910 vga to, say, 2 or 3 megapixels? Can a higher spec camera be "slotted in" in any way?

Unfortunately, you can't upgrade the camera in the P910 
Even though it might be physically possible to fit a different lens and ccd assembly, the camera software is built into the firmware and whilst it can be updated, it can't be replaced with support for a different camera or 're-programmed' (other than in theory, perhaps!)

To add to that, the process (hypothetical) would surely cost a bomb. it might be just better to get the p990 when its out:-) |
