Hi guys,
Need some mp3s on my phone but only have the 64 meg card and other stuff on so I am looking for a good free proggie to rip and shrink mp3s, also useful for ringtones. I have tried Musicmatch julebox but it always seems to cause probls with other soft ware.

I presume that you are using a K750i? If you are then use itunes to convert your mp3's to aac which are smaller.

Yeah, stay away from music match! It was the root of my problems on my PC. iTunes should do you fine.

I found my K750 (flashed to W800) doesn't recognise AAC files!

I used DBPowerAmp to convert my Mp3 to AAC

I think you should'nt create an AAC file, but an MP4 file using AAC encoding. Don't know how you do that with DBpoweramp though, I use winamp.

Think I worked it out now... I'm now unsing a different codec to do it with that converts it to a M3a file, and works perfect!
