I use a Sony DSC-T1 myself...
and my wife uses the DSC-T11 (its a bit more girlie  )
which are both excellent 5 megapixel cameras which support memory stick PRO duo.
I use 2gb in mine and she uses 512mb
they might be over a year old but they still produce fantastic results and are very pocketable

I use a T7
My other camera is a U50
Aiko gave it to me, despire it being just 2MP it takes awesome pictures and turns more heads than my T7
