i am starting to go mad!

first i got an ma-600 serial irda which didnt work at all. now i have a usb irda which does work as infared but the t68 will only connect for a few seconds.

with xtnd it beeps twice quickly, sync start and sync stop! i dont know what to do now!

mypictures cant detect the phone either

please help me!!!!!

i got the latest usb driver: irxpress2

it works as a normal irda just dont connect for long enough

Try this and let me know if it works

Go to
1-Control Panel
2-Phone Monitor Option
3-Com Ports
4-Change the port you are using to
Status "Enabled"
Reserved "Yes"

its not on a com port though, its usb

My friend your T68 have a modem in it to communicate with the infra-red and if you go to modems in Control Panel you will see it and if you don't just add one and choose to install your self not automatically then choose ericsson then T68.

Now that takes to the next info I want to tell you about the com Port is for your T68 not the infra-red usb (ie. the T68 modem)

Try to lower the infrared speed to 9600. Some people here reported that they solved their problems by doing so.
