I posted this at davinciteam.com and for the life of me I cannot find a solution to my problem. I've read post after post and tried most everything I could so I'm hoping someone can bail me out of purgatory.

I have no firewall running on XP SP2. I've disabled my AVG Antivirus. I've opened up ports 65505, 80 and 21 on my Airport Express router. Port Settings: DCU60, 115200, RTS and DTR checked (unchecked gives the same results). CID Ignoring is unchecked. Login and Pass and copied and pasted from the email I received when I paid for a credit.

I still can't get confirmation that I have a credit or not, when I press

What should I try next? The only response I get from davinci is that something is blocking port 65505 but I have it opened like I do other ports for bit torrent and those work fine. I've tried going straight through 2 different routers and I get the exact same results. HELP!
