Hi,

Hope somebody could help me. My k700i suddenly (just this evening) kept on restarting itself. I already did a master reset to no avail. Firmware btw is latest (r2ay) and i've been on this firmware since its release.

I also did an update through seus and the service installed r2ay again. I did another master reset but the phone just keeps on restarting.

Help please!

but i've been using the phone w/o a glitch since updating the firmware when r2ay was released.

it suddenly restarted itself last night and now it keeps on doing this every minute or so...

can this still be repaired by a firmware flash to an older version?

thanks

when does it restart? What are you doing with it at the time, or is it random?

brought it to a service center and it was re-flashed with r2ae033

i'm now reloading the phonebook and other contents.

i was just wondering what triggered the nasty bug on r2ay.

thanks for your replies!

I am quite sure that this is/was a software problem.
