Mp3s on the K700! |

My boyfriend just gave me his works K700i, thinking it would be nearly as good as his brand new k750 i took it, and decided to swap for my motorola V620.
Ive just put the first MP3 on the phone and found out i cant use it as a Ringtone!?!? Neway of getting round this...
Or should i get my V620 as i did look and sound better!

Yes it can. Go to settings-->sounds & alerts then change the ringtone with your mp3. Its sms tone can't be change with mp3 tho.

Is the phone Vodafone branded? If it is then you need a DRM packager. Sorry but I am not sure where to get it from. Maybe another user can help you there. |

I tried doing it that way but t doesnt bring up the MP3 file, if i go to My items, sounds, Mp3 - use as ringtone it says Cannot use this file?????
Is the phone Vodafone branded? If it is then you need a DRM packager. Sorry but I am not sure where to get it from. Maybe another user can help you there.
No i unlocked it and my o2 card is in there.

Your phone is probably voda branded even though it has been unlocked to use any sim.
