Does anyone else think this would be fun? That is to use your phone to control powerpoint if the professor is using a remote. Like he turns to the board and changes slides with his remote.. turns around and you flip it back.. ect all class.. would drive him nuts.. Tho I know you have to install stuff on the computer so its not really possible.. but.. he is using bluetooth right? |

at my school, when showing presentations on the interactive screen thing, the laptop is hooked to the screen with wires, so looks like no bluetooth involved, unless you use something different.

if it's a video projector, then he's probably using the rf or ir remote that comes with the projector, not bluetooth.
You need a learning remote for that |

If he's connected the projector so that the screen is showing his computerscreen, and he has his bluetooth on, you could BlueJack him. And the message would appear on the big screen

I did it at a quiz the other night! Its difficult though! The guy had his laptop connected to the projector and we could see everything he was doing. I did a quick BT search and as usual I got a list of 20 diferrent people. I scrolled down and the Laptop showed up as "D800," I thought it would as I worked for Dell for Two and half years and I knew the Model. So I tried to connect the remote control, but it needed the damn pass code. I tried connecting a few times to see if he'd connect to me but he just kept closing the pop up. I doubt he even knew what Bluetooth was! So then we decided to give up, too much hassle! But then he left the laptop and went to get a drink at the bar. He he! My mate went up to it accepted the Bond and we had control! We tried changing the score, but its way too difficult, its a bit of fun messing around with the cursor because he thought his computer was F***ed!
