I'm trying to update my K750i is driving me nuts!

I've been onto the SEUS, followed all the instructions, downloaded everything it says to, but when it says to unplug the usb cable, and turn it back on holding down the C key, nothing happens, my phone just turns on as normal. I've read on this forum that the phone isn't supposed to switch on?

The only thing i can think of is to do with the USB drivers that the SEUS tells you to download. The installation instructions that it gives says that the hardware wizard will start 5 times, but it doesn't.

I have tried uninstalling the drivers from the device manager and then plugging in the USB cable, but XP automatically installs the drivers, without bringing up the 'Add Hardware Wizard'. I have also tried updating the drivers through device manager but that don't work either.

i know i can't be alone with this problem, so if anyone can 'throw me a frikkin bone?!', i'd be most grateful!

have open the device manager in windows (window key+ pause/break key, click on the hardware tab, then click on the device manager button). turn off the phone and unplug the usb cable and wait about 20/30 seconds. hold down c and plug in the usb cable and the device manager should show a yellow ! icon next to a device called usb flash. click on the usb flash and install the seus driver, and it should now work
