W800 video recording crashing/ending prematurely |

Has this happened to other W800 users? I can barely record videos of more than 5-6min long bec. the camera application crashes/exits and returns to standby mode. I still have about 90MB of memory in my memstick. Firmware's R1L002. Is this problem a FW bug or a defect in my unit? Thanks.

Dont upgrade the firmware.. And if you wanna upgrade then pl read the forum first.. u'l realise that there are more bugs in new softwares.. ppl are dying to get back to R1L002 but they can not... And as far as video crash thing is concerned i'm also having R1L and dont hv that problem..

Yes. Upgrading the firmware isn't an option for me. The current R1Nxxxx firmware would give me much more problem than this video bug that I have.
BTW, I tried recording another video earlier and it worked fine . . . Weird. The only thing that changed with respect to my phone setting was the theme, and now it's working fine. |
