Please can someone who knows more about the O2 bills than me help me out on this:
(I'm on discount 500 - basically I rang them up loads wanting them to put discounts on etc but it never showed that they did.. although this month, it seems like it worked..).

Am I being paid by O2 in my bizarre tarriff? I did have 77 quids worth of credit now i have early 80's... any explanation?

looks like you havent used it that much and there crediting you each month...

it looks fine to me, very complicated I know - I have the same thing with my o2 bills! By the looks of it you were on discount 750 before and now you are on discount 500 and you are getting a £15 discount off this tariff making it £10 right? The one thing that does not make sense to me is the first thing, the o2 discount 750 charge should only be from 01 Oct 05 - 04 Oct 05 as this is for when the discount has been given (the next two items on the bill). From the 5th Oct onwards you have your discount 500. They are crediting you the discount 750 charge because you have already paid this line rental upfront and then charging you for this months discount 500 and the month in advance. Hope that helps!
