it looks like something samsung designed realised it looked crap and let fisher price build it.
could be a really cheap walkman prototype something to replace the z200 or whatever the funny soap dish holder se built was called |

yes, another highly intellectual posting from our friend...
certainly the many pictures show many traits from SE, including the barcoding and version number, the connection port, the self portrait mirror, walkman logo, return key etc etc.
perhaps this is one of those better rumours that se-nse missed.. oh no, wait, its been posted now, here, just half hour ago
whatever... there is nothing in those pics to assume its not an SE of some kind so I'll move this to rumours
