I have had my K750i for a few weeks and am generally happy with it. My only grumbles have been the volume and quality of playing ringtones/mps through the media player using the loudspeaker.

My hubby received his Samsung D600 yesterday and the MP3 blows the socks off the K750i. The tunes are so clear and loud. I like the media player interface on the D600 too! Wicked graphics!

I have to crank my volume level all the way up and its still not very loud. Through the headphones its fine though.

I am thinking about selling my k750i and getting a D600.

What does everyone else think?

ok one way of making your k750i mp3's sound louder through the loud speaker is: While you are playing an mp3 in media player, go into options, next equalizer, then scroll down to manual and put all the levels up near the max. That will make your mp3's sound really loud. I too changed my k750i to a d600. Its a nice phone but its camera isn't quite as good and when you go to send a picture message it wont resize one of your photographs you took at high res so it wont allow it to be sent. Apart from that the only other plus side of the d600 is that it doesn't use crap joysticks. ooh i wish sony ericsson would stop using them and just go all like s700i.

All other comparisons between D600 and K750 aside, imho mp3 should be listened to on a proper stereo headset and not through a silly external phonespeaker disturbing people around, thus I dont understand why anyone would even consider basing their choise of mobile on this factor, and consider trading the K750 for the D600 for this. Personally I couldent care less how the external speaker plays mp3.

When that is said, there are off cource many other comparisons that can be made to deside which phone gives you the best value for money.
