welcome here! if u never did it before, rather pay for it in an official service. if u have warranty, u get it free. contact your local or nearest se service for deatils, visit se web for hotline and add. good luck!

sorry bobbafet, but its a k750 to w800 converted phone, no official S//E servicecentre will upgrade the w800 firmware on his K750.
still I agree, that if he hasnt done the conversion himself and dont know by now how to get further, he should visit the place where they did the conversion and have them do it again.
