I was wondering if you can put mp3 and use them on the SE K608i for ringtones ect and also assign a different tone for sms like the k750i/w800i?
Just need the generic fw to get rid of 3 branding now

there is a FAQ for the K608 on the product page which includes a section for this

Davinci doesn't seem to have generic k608i fw ?? just k600i , can you use that?

Just to let you know that yes you can change the sms tone to one of your choice just as you can with the k750i

k600 is unbranded k608i firmware.... because they are the same phone inside its the same with my v600 flashed to k600  no more vodafone! yay
