When people have there phones as visible, is it possible to force them to receive whatever it is your sending. I have attempted to send things to people I know without them knowing but the don't know its me and reject it.

not really, basic security measures stop files from being received by the user unless they have user permission, e.g. they get excepted

Some older phones used to accept contact cards automatically, but nowadays I don't think it's possible to force someones phone to initiate a transfer. It maybe possible if the devices are actually paired but again I don't think so. Certainly with my P910 and T610 you still have to accept the transfer even though they're paired.
Good job too, in my opinion!

Cyco- in the P910 atleast am sure, one can check the -accept BT msgs from paired devices without asking- under the Control Panel-> Connections tab. Should find out, if other phones too can be set thus..

Cheers for that, I'll give it a try
I'll also see if there's something similar on the T610...
