How to set aspect ratio for fullscreen on w800 / k750? |

Hi.
As topic; I use Nero Recode now (previously, MPEGAble), but when I want to do movies that are 'widescreeaned', they just go that way on the cell fullscreen.
I've read the guide to convert to k750, and there says something about aspect ratio 1.21, although I couldn't follow it since it didn't worked.
Anyone to explain this to me? For example, I want to pass American Beauty which has a format of 640x272... what should I set in the Crop / Resize options (of Nero Recode) to view it fullscreened (not wide) on the w800? And how did you calculated that? Maybe some software that will tell me what should I set for every resolution I inputed? I searched but none were usefull...
Thanks

well it is pretty well explained in the guide youre refering to
But Ill try and explain it here
Aspectratio of the screen on your K750 is actually 1.22 because 144x1.22=176
you have a movie with resolution 640x272, this is aspectratio 2.35 since 272 times 2.35 = 640
you need aspectratio 1.22, then simply say
272 times 1.22 = 332 to get the new resolution having same aspectratio as your K750 screen.
Then say 640 - 332 = 308 which is the total amount of pixels you need to crop out to fill the screen without the movie playing in widescreen. Then divide 308 by 2 = 154 pixels you need to crop out from each side. Left and right
When you have entered these numbers in the crop fields, then under resolution manually select 176x144, and encode the movie.
You could also use the calculator on his website:

It gives me an error for Officce web services... do I have to install it? Isn't there any other...?
EDIT: Oh, and also... shouldn't Nero make the video smaller when 'resizing', without the need to crop it too? Because when cropping... obviously, I "crop" most of the movie out and just watch at the center of the scene! I mean... resizing it should make it fit in 176x144 with ALL the scene, not just a cropped part! Just like resizing a picture (but in this case, resize every frame)...
