how exactly r animations created?
and how do u crop an animated pic without it losing its animation. i tried microsoft pic editor and nero photoshop but no luck.

I use ImageReady which comes with Photoshop by Adobe. Basically you create your frames in PS and then you make it an animation in IR.
It doesn't really matter which software you use because making the frames takes the most time -- the animated gif itself is created in minutes.
