Why do I get 'Call Held' on T28s |

Hi
On my T28s, when someone phones, I open the flip, press the green
button, and immediatelt the display says that the call is on 'Hold'.
Why is that, and what can I do about it?

Openning the flap answers the call automatically.
Pressing the YES button then holds the call.
Just open the flap and talk! |

Is there any way that I can switch this off, ie, so that I open the flip
and press green to answer..?

in settings, find 'active flip' and turn it off.
