What programs do you people use to do this? as i have been looking for a gif animator for so long but havent found anything free (or any cracks for pay programs) could someone please help me or Pm me. Thanks,

well i use photoshop to edit the images, but any software will do for that.
To animate it i use macromedia flash...but if you don't have that and want to buy it lets hope your loaded, lol its very expensive unless you get a crack
