One thing I personally hate with mobile phones, is it`s ringtones. The beeping sound just makes me nervous every time the phone is ringing. By reading this forum I discovered a new - more pleasant - ringtone, using the t68i`s voice recording feature. But it wasn`t as easy as I thought....

I tried to convert a audio file (music clip) from wav 16 khz, 8bit mono, to amr. then sent it to the phone.. The audio quality is VERY poor, alot of fuzz and I can hardly hear the music. I`ve tried to set the volume of the wav file to 15% of it`s original, but with no larger improvements... However on the computer, the sound is pretty good.
anyone have a tip on how to improve it on the t68i?
