I have a cable, T68i and "My Pictures" ver:4.0.3.29 but can only send pics to the phone from PC. How would you do the opposite as the option is there but is ghosted??? Any help would be greatly appreciated......................

It's ghosted because you don't have an Infrared connection setup between your phone and PC.

u canonly tranfer from phone to pc via bluetooth or ir, not with the cable |
