When I connect the USB cable for my SE V802 I receive the "unknown device/windows does not recognize it/it is malfunctioned/Phone is not connected" message. I don't understand. I reinstalled the drivers like 10 times (from the support website), and I even replaced the cable, yet nothing works. I have yet to try it on another computer, but does anyone have any idea on how to fix this problem?

Ok so apparently the real problem is that when I connect the phone to the computer, it does not start the new hardware wizard.

So windows does it automatically by itself. But when I look at the device in the device manager (It is called "unknown device"), I check the properties and it says that there are no drivers installed, but when I check the driver options, it says that a window's driver is being used.

So then I try updating the driver, a select the folder which has the driver components, and it says that the driver could not be updated.

Then I go to "add hardware" and then I click on "Add new hardware" since clicking on "unknown device" where the cable is connected to, does nothing. Then I click on the bus controller-type and I loaded the drivers but it would not work.

Ok, In short: How do I install the drivers?
