I'm looking to buy a phone off Ebay USA but I live in England, I'm on the Vodafone network and wondered could I still use the phone in England?

Thanks in advance guys.

Depends on the phone that you are buying. What phone is it?

You should find that anything above a triband will work - the thing to be careful about is the charger. America runs at a different voltage to the UK (110V instead of 240V). So you need to ensure the charger can cope. I know those sold with UK phones can normally step themselves down to 110 but don't know if the American ones can step up. Might just mean you need to buy yourself a new charger, otherwise your charger is going to get very warm.
