T65 Problems |

My T65 kept on switching off during calls, and I had to keep on resetting it because the phone displayed that it was connected to the network, but whenever I tried to make a call it just froze.
Also, occassionally it wouldn't let me compose a text message and would just jump back to the main screen.
This has been very frustrating!
I returned the phone to Ericsson and they gave me a new one with updated firmware, but these problems are starting again!
Has anyone else had these problems and does anyone have any advice on how to fix it or what to do next?
Should I ask Ericsson for another phone or what?

what software version is it in the phone? to check it press right * left left * left *
you can try if it works better after you have done a master reset (NOTE! phonebook, ringtones, settings etc that you have saved in the phone will be erased) on the phone... Settings -> Master reset -> Reset all (phonelock code is 0000) |

The only option for you is to leave it for service again, if a master reset doesn't help. R5A010 seems to be a version with many problems left... phones switching off by themselves are very common with this version |
