If it skips, its usually because the bitrate is a tad to high or because the minimum keyframe is not changed to 50 from the default 5 under nero digital settings.
If you are using the standard memorystick that came with the phone, the suggested max bitrate of 264kbps can be a litle to much, as the standard memorystick isnt as fast as some of the Sandisk memorysticks one buys extra.
Try encoding again using videobitrate 180kbps instead of 200kbps, and remember to make sure minimum keyframe is set to 50.
