My T610 (2 yrs old) has suddenly gone dead. I replaced the battery with another one and it works. The problem with my phone/battery is that it is not even charging. There is a small red light which shows up on the joystick but then this is the status even after 2 hrs. The phone doesn't switch on. Any ideas how i can get this up and working?

Sounds like either a firmware problem or a charging circuit problem. You could try getting the firmware updated, or the easiest solution is to buy a desktop charger.

Simply charge one battery up in the desktop charger whilst using the other, and when one goes flat simply swap the batteries around. You can get desktop chargers off Ebay for just a few pounds
