I purchased a T68i and a HBH-20 headset last week. The documentation suggests that it should work fine upto about 10 metres apart from the phone and with no solid barriers. The headset is fully charged but I am finding that if the phone is about an arm length's away, the sound on the HBH-20 becomes as if the person on the other end is gargling while speaking! I can't beleive this is normal. Is there any other setting that I need to be aware of ('switch off gargle' option!) or should I take the headset back for a replacement? Any help gratefully received.

Take it back.
I'm using a HBH-20 for the last week and, until my BlueSpoon arrives I aint letting it go.
Great bit of kit ...

I cannot understand the point with a wireless headset with a dangling wire... How do you justify buying an HBH-20? Is it very useful?

I didn't buy the HBH-20, I borrowed it from a friend

The wire is a pain, I agree.
I have the sender under my shirt and let the earpiece stay in my pocket until I get a call.
I use voice activation answer [or reject] calls.
On the advice of the guy I borrowed it from I do not use "Magic Word" as this really kills the battery life.
Most frustrating is that the talktime is not so good.
Battery ran out while driving home and I was shouting "Answer, answer" for a good while and had to park in McDonalds to have a conversation.

As an introduction to Bluetooth Headsets its good but I am looking forward to my Bluespoon arriving.
I don't get headaches with the HBH-20 like I did with the original Ericsson BT HS either.
