First of all apologies if these questions are dealt with elsewhere, but I cannot find them.
How do I find out what version of software I have on my phone? How do you know if it needs to be upgraded and how do you go about getting it upgraded?

use the search to find info on which software versions is the latest for your phone, then you'll also find info about the differences... |

Thanks Cytech, and sorry for wasting everyone's time. I have seen all of the answers in the FAQ's. Will have a surf around the site to see what other goodies I can find.
