hola allí. Pienso que la mayoría de los utilizadores aquí hablan inglés o un cierto otro lenguaje. Porqué no usted intento traduce el texto inglés usando este website: http://world.altavista.com/tr.

Otro usuario español con un T68. Y por cierto, puteado por encontrarme con la limitacion de 70 caracteres usando el teclado predictivo en español. Sabeis si el problema esta solucionado en la version del software R2A013 en castellano de los nuevos telefonos? La mia es una R1B y tiene esa absurda limitacion, confirmada por Ericsson España.
Un saludo a todos. Jucame, te envie un mensaje privado al respecto (no interesa a otros ya que en otros idiomas se consiguen los 160 caracteres habituales y eras el unico español que conocia en el foro). No se si lo leiste pulsando en el link "Private Messages".

Illana, después de varias charlas con Ericsson, por fin conseguí que me dijeran QUE EL TELEFONO ES ASI! y que no se puede resolver con un nuevo firmware...creo que leí por ahí que el T68 tiene el mismo problema...

 Asi es pero sigamos luchando por el T9 en Español y con 160 carac. cartitas al servicio de atencion al publico tanto en España como por donde sea posible e interesante,saludos. |

Si, bueno, pero a mi intentaron hacerme creer en Ericsson que era asi porque el T9 permite en envio de caracteres "especiales" (cito textualmente) que hacen un uso distinto del espacio ocupado por lo que solo se pueden 70 en vez de 160. Se creen que nos chupamos el dedo?
No sabeis lo que me alegra ver que no estoy solo en esta batalla. Como bien decis lo que hay que hacer es no callarse para que nos tengan en cuenta. Aun asi, enhorabuena a todos: teneis un telefono estupendo.

Me equivoque en el servicio tecnico de Guzman el bueno quieren 2900ptas por la actualixzacion del sw son unos estafadores, en toda Europa la actulizacion es gratuita, es un deber de Ericsson que cumple muy bien en la EC, a ver que me contesta "el servicio al cliente de España" en cuanto a esto de pagar por ello , ya os informare, saludos. |

Donde habeis encontrado que os hagan la actualizacion a la R2A en España?.
Yo he mandado por correo mi telefono para actualizarlo y me han mandado un telefon nuevo que pone en la caja R2A, pero que en realizada tiene la R1C, en el servicio tecnico me dijeron que "Es la ultima version que hemos bajado de la pagina de Ericsson", pero como bien habeis dicho, se piensan que nos chupamos el dedo. Por lo menos no me han cobrado nada... y tengo un telefono nuevo.
Lo que mas me a jodido es tener que volver a meter 300 y pico numeros....
A ver si nos ponemos todos en contacto por mail.

Acabo de ver tu mail y ya me lo he actualizado en Guzmán el Bueno muy
eficientes nada q ver con los de al lado d mi casa pero tuve q llamar a
todos los SAP de Madrid antes de dar con uno q me lo hiciera en el día. La
semana pasada estaba tan cabreado q mira lo q escribí, no te lo vas a creer
busqué el nombre del presi de Ericcsson en Suecia Mr. ......... y fui
probando distintas direcciones hasta q bebí acertar le conté lo q me habia
pasado y mira (primero mi mens luego la contestación) :

I´ve just bought two t68 in Spain and I have the same problem with both of
them; when using t9 (for my SMS messages) the length of the messages reduces
to 80 characters.
This morning I´ve called the Ericsson costumer service here in Spain and
they pretend to tell me that this is not a problem that what I should do is
write messages without t9 so I could have like this the normal 160
characters( it makes me laugh). This morning I went to an Ericsson Official
Service in Alcobendas (Madrid) to make an update of my software (one of them
is R1B and the other R1C) supposing that maybe like this the problem would
we
fixed but they told me that they don´t know if they could fix it and that
they would have my phones for at least 3 weeks because they have to send
them to the central offices of Ericsson (also in Madrid) I´ve told them that
I would keep my phone because I don´t want to be 3 weeks without a cell and
that I would take it by my self to the central Ericsson technical support
but they tell me that Ericsson users can´t go there. Since 1999 I had a
Nokia
8210 and then a Sony CMD Z5 that also both uses t9 and I never had a problem
like this. So I´m begging you if you could gave me a quick solution because
if not I would have to sell this t68´s and I don´t think this is a good
publicity for Ericsson.

software does not meet your expectations in this area.
This reduction in the number of characters available in a SMS is due to the
T9 coding used to take into account special national characters like the
accents used in Spanish. Unfortunately, the T9 implementation used in our
T68 uses a higher number of bits per character than the non-T9 coding
leading to the reduction of characters available per SMS.

Global Product Management so that it may be solved in future software

this new software is available and will inform you personally on where to
get your phones upgraded within the day if possible.
