only one criticism, cant read text clearly with the background constantly changing, bad for the eyes.

i'm using the mozilla 1.2a browser, which perfectly supports all the latest web-standards...

It's a Javascript
When you click "Themes" a submenu shows with different categories.
When you click a catagory the themes come up.

Never heard of anyone having ány prob with this before.
Maybe your browser doesn't support javascripts?
Try on a computer with explorer or netscape if you can.

Mozilla even supports JavaScript 1.5, while IE only supports 1.3... Netscape (6 and 7) are based on mozilla.
