S700i to DSS-25 |

i know this has been covered alot of time but i just cant find a positive answer to it.
Basically i cannot get my S700i to connected to my DSS-25. What am i doing wrong? What can i do to fix the problem?

Have you downloaded and installed the sync station drivers?

Don't forget to choose the right connection port.

which sync drivers do i need to use the ones from my old p910 or the ones for s700i?
How do i select a port?

here is the DSS-25 support page which offers drivers for the DSS-25.
If you don't have your drivers still installed from your P910 then download and install those
if you do still have the drivers installed from your P910 days then you'll have to disable the USB port allocated to the COM port used by the P910 (via the icon in the system tray - can't remember right now what its called) and reallocate that COM port to the S700 in the phone monitor options of the control panel
