im on o2 online and just had a bill for £138 for my gprs, they started charging and how can i argue this? i always had it free and i never used that in a month as im a casulal user, only downloaded afew music videos and odd games.

39018kb £76
How expensive is o2 gprs? IM convinced i never used this in one day, thats near a 100mb innit? anybody know how to argue this? |

I think they've backdated it. I checked my online usage today to find out that overnight i've now have £5 of unbilled usage, which im quite annoyed about, not that i've used it, but that all of a sudden its been added to my account.
I'm going to ring them and complain tommorow! |

O2 should have been charging from day 1. I would have thought that ou have been lucky that they havent billed you for it before.
From what you have posted in the first post you used about 67mb. O2 charge £2.35 per mb, pretty much the same as all the other networks, which would total £157.45. This is more than they are billing you.
