Go to Control Panel. Change the regional settings to English from and try again.

When I tried to update today on both the UK and Asian SEUS site, it says,

then,

The thing is my phone is unbranded and unlocked. It came that way direct from CPW. Does anyone have any ideas?

i dont think that any uk networks have approved the firmware yet

Mine is a vanilla W800, unlocked/SIM free, and it does the same thing.

It's a UK model.

I tried but it just said about the operator stuff (im in the UK)
