Repetition of my reply in the Music Video thread on the 28th on a similar question.

It is possible to make Nero Recode encode in the same fps as the source, for instance 25fps if that is the fps of the sourcevideo, but theres nothing gained by increasing fps to 25fps because these phones are not computers with "unlimited" processingpower.

In fact for the K750/W800 to play the increased datarate of 25fps video without audio going offsynch or having break ups during playback you will need to lower the bitrate below the bitrates normally used which will give even poorer picturequality, and you certainly will not get more fluent playback by increasing fps to 25fps if the datarate gets so high that the phones cannot keep up and starts to skip frames during playback.

I very strongly advice to follow the proper Mobile video standards used by Nero Recode to ensure proper compatibilty and playback. These standards is what the K750/W800 was designed to play.

Hi Numb,

I agree with what you say there, I do think 25FPS is much more pleasing to watch but it is at the expence of picture quality due to the much lower bitrates you have to encode at to prevent dropped frames or lost audio.

It is a trade off really guys, depends if you like HQ Video's but with a lower FPS or LQ Video's but with high FPS.
