rumors are circulating that SE will release a 850 Mhz w800... *crossing fingers* but is there anyway to just convert (er flash?) my current 900 Mhz w800 into a 850 Mhz one? there are phones you can do that to... thanks to anyone who'll be able to help.=) |

"... convert the 900 Mhz to 850 Mhz" ? Huh? Maybe am dumb to not get it, why one would wanna do that ? BtW- the Smartphone market is set to see some action, now that the new ARM processors of speeds going 1 Ghz are announced..

You cant flash a phone to operate on a different frequency as it is the hardware that controls the frequency not software.

he's talking about the transmition frequency of the phone's signal, not the clockspeed of the phones cpu
