i got connect using airtel gprs but i am not able to open any page . |

iam having a full access gprs . I got connected at 115kbps. But i am not able to open any site . It is saying that the page cannot be opened . I used the pc suite 6.5 for connecting . Ie i used the one touch access in the pc suite .what should i do to get the site opened . I have used the dialing phone no as *99***1# and also *99***2# . |

The 115kbps is the connection speed of the link between PC and phone. It does not mean that yoou are connected to the network.
Check if you are dialling the right data account number...the *99***x# thing.

my phone is nokia 3230 and my operating is windows xp . I used the phone number *99***1# and also *99***2# but there is an error message error 734 ppp control protocol was terminated . So i tried to get connected using the nokia pc suite . In that there is a option called as one touch access . And it ask the user name and password and access point . And it shown the connection is connected . Is there any special setting to get connected .

Which is your access point? Is it airtelwap.com or airtelfun.com or airtelgprs.com? If you are using airtelwap.com or airtelfun.com, you can't get any webpage in your computer. |
