Hi

I've had my K750i about 3 months now and my play/pause and volume buttons have stopped working (the camera button still works fine). I've just received it back from the service centre after 2 weeks wait after they supposedly repaired it, but big suprise they're still not working. Has anyone got any ideas before I send it back?

Thanks

It did come with the original receipt but it doesn't look like a retail outlet (a place called Svenson UK up in Cheshire). I doubt the ebayer would have much interest in offering a refund/replacement after 3 months.

I'm not sure mate, but usually when the side buttons go, the mic and earphone go too, its usually water damage that is the cause and its usually unrepairable

Well as far as I know it's not been near any water, if it is unrepairable I guess I better hope my insurance covers it

Last night the buttons have started working again, could it be some kind of loose connection?

likely. I think if they couldn't fix it the first time, take it in and demand a new handset or a refund...
