Cos I have no idea, and what is with loud PCs, are there any programs that I can run that will reduce the performance of my PC temporarily but reduce the noise also. I don't mind the noise if I'm play a game cos I put the voulme up but when I'm trying to write a letter the noise just p*sses me off beyond all belief.
