i know the k700 supports the browsing of the contents of any paired devices through bluetooth. i'm certain it isn't the only phone with this function. what other phones have it? whether it's an SE or not doesn't matter. thanks!

The older firmware in Sony Ericsson phones allowed this.

It used to be like this for me on my V800 when I got it back in Nov 2004. But then I upgraded the firmware with SEUS and the feature wasn't there anymore.

You had to add the phone you wanted to browse as a NEW DEVICE and then you could easily go through the other phones folders and take pictures, videos and sounds.

But I think this has been disabled on all recent Sony Ericsson bluetooth phones and firmwares.

Depends, as they said, on the FW. I remember the S700 supports it (been long since I experimented with :b: BT) . The P910, seems to have too many restrictions..

I really like this function.

I once stole pictures of my friends girlfriend, from his Nokia (he had no idea what he was doing when he give me permission), this way and defaced them, then emailed them back to him.

The look on his face was hilarious...

@deluded: I've got the latest firmware on my K700 and the BT browsing feature is still supported.
