Simple..
Create a new Dial up connection on pc
Use *99***x# as the dialup number...x stands for the data account number..

Put the access point airtelgprs.com username is your mobile no with +91 password is 0000 and beware of 399rs per month and .100mb free download limit. |

WHAT? 399 per month? i was told the mobile office 199rs i can use in pc too and no extra charges ...

I dunno about cable, but setting up i gprs dun thru bt is easy provided the dongle is of good quality and you have sp2 installed.
