Excuse me, but Someone kindly could translate this phrase IN ENGLISH:

I think is croatian or serbian...perhaps in web there iis a translator that convert this language in english?

I must add that 1st passus does not sound logically.
Nikinci were infantry weapons facility. It's possible that it was used for this kind of tests, but real equipment for testing rocket artillery weapons were somewhere else.
It's possible theese were prototypes. That' what they are meant for, aren't they?
Anyway, somwhere around Tito's death, idea of atomic bomb was reborn, then development of domestic supersonic fighter
