Hi !

I am on the 500 free minutes plan and registered for PASSPORT.

I was told that any remaining free minutes wiuld be carried over to next month... Haven't used my phone so much this month, maybe only 50 minutes worth so

September 1st = 500 + 450 = 950 minutes to use whilst I am in Japan!!

I know I pay 75 pence for the connections back to the UK and within Japan and I should limit the call to below 60 minutes!

Any advice welcomed!

According to Voda, you can use all of your airtime on a call. There will only be a £0.75 connection fee, and then you use you free time.

This link explains everything: http://www.vodafone.co.uk/cgi[....]oing%20abroad/Travel%20promise

BUT, I would call them and confirm. There is always some bloody small fineprint lurking about.

Look at this link about the 60 min thing: http://www.vodafone.co.uk/cgi[....]%20%20terms%20and%20conditions Part-6

Good Luck

Thanks very much!!

First link doesn't work, says 'session expired'!

I understand all that about Pasport but I am not sure if this month's unused free minutes are carried over!
