I'm completely stumped with this one. I'm on Vodafone UK with an unbranded W800i. On the way home tonight I tried to call someone and it wouldnt connect, I had to restart the phone, I got the call through ok.

Ever since that call I have been unable to get any network coverage
The phone just states "No netw. coverage" on the standby screen.

I thought it might be the network so I put the sim in my p910 and it worked fine. Tried my Orange sim in the W800i and it still wouldn't work

Anyway to fix this or do you think my phone is stuffed?

Cheers for the help.

Will it find networks if you do a network search? Try and manually select voda and see what happens. If no good, borrow a different sim. Best of luck!

What firmware do you have? I would go to a service center and let they have a look on it. Good luck.

take the fone into your local vodafone store an ask them to check it on the imei blacklist coz this sounds like it has been somehow reported lost or stolen by accident maybe?

Hope this helps.

Thanks voda_jon, i thought about that before but would that also mean i would be barred from Orange too with the phone? I'll give vodafone a call now.
