Well in view of the new Nokia phones and the 'cheap' 3650 and all, who here is thinking of going over to the dark side ?
I know I think I might ...... 'come on  spring a suprise on us to keep your current customers.....
I find the Nokia 3650 tempting.....

I like nokias but not the 3xxx ! those one are really cheaper ! They looks like they are going to explode when someone calls you and when you have a heavy ringtone !!! lol !!!
but I have a 7650 and I'm really happy of it !

I'm waiting out on this mobile color phone battle until next year (Unless SonyEricsson decides to split up, I'll look into getting a new phone). Samsung and Siemens are coming out with surprises too.

i am the same as u deltayoda, there will be many color high tech phones by the end of the year, i think my next phone will be one of those: 7210, 6610, P800, 7650i or maybe the motorola A820, it's the first 3g phone coming Q4 2002.

Dark side cause MOST of us here hate Nokia......
Me?.... Well i was going to buy a t300 +mca25 because i cant afford the p800 but since the 3650 will be out soon..it be a cheap alternative for youths who want to have fun with digital cams ... It also has JAVA and bluetooth which the t300 does not have....
Se has been beaten by Nokia at its own game !! Se has made Nokia use the technology that it has been withholding from the public.... Se polls out their new tech fast but Nokia only does so under pressure.

But 3650 won't be that cheap, $450 to $500 USD, that's not cheap, rather spend a little more to get P800 !!!!!!!! But the way, cine its target at youth with its weird looking, i doubt its gonna selling well as its more than expensive to youth market !!! |

if they are satisfied w/ the pics taken from a 7650.. they can go ahead w/ 3650, if not, what will you do w/ a video w/ a poor quality camera. you need a well lighted area to take decent pic/video
and the length.... 130? argh! |

The 3650 looks really weird, and its HUGE!!! Good grief! If I wanted a phone THAT big, I might as well go with the 7650 or P800! More functions, and at least they don't look like a part of ET's ship!
The most promising of Nokia's line up seems to be the 3510i and the 6610. These should be the phones SE should try to beat. They actually look like phones, and have very good screens. If SE releases a phone that looks like the R520 (no antenna) with a large (7650 size) 12-bit screen, no camera, SILVER, with t68i joystick... THAT would be a great mid-range phone. Or an updated T68i with a 12-bit screen, and larger memory (that shouldn't be too tough!) that would make a good high-end, tiny phone. And the P800 should've had a 16-bit screen.... with a line up like that... SE could've beaten EVERYONE. |

i think the only succesful phones in SE are the p800 and t68i, the t200, t300 and t600 are really bad phones and i'm sure they will be beaten by nokias new phone like 3530 and 3510i, these phones have most of the features that prople like, like mms and high res color screen.
maybe we shall wait until SE uneviels new phones.
