Hi, i was just wondering that will this cable work exactly the same as mmc-60, when i connect it to the hpm-70?

Easy as pie! The mmc60 is a bit useless really, it has no microphone and can't use standard head phones, so an HPM-70 with adapter cable makes more sense  |
