Press "Expand" (right softkey), then press "More" (right softkey again). Does this "More" menu work on your phone?? Basically, I have had 2 phones, and this menu just doesn't work. Nothing happens. I think it could be the SIM, but don't have any way to test. Therefore am asking for help! PS: If your menu does work, please also tell me what firmware version and if you're using the original (purple happy face) SIM card.
