You can currently buy 2gb a memory stick pro duo for both these phones.
But it can accomodate larger sized cards when they come out in the future.

I believe they will only support up to 4GB pro duo. Probably sometime b4 they come out and when they do theyre gonna cost a lot.
I just went for the 1GB which cost me $200 NZD. Which I could have a 2GB for that price. 2Gb are going for $350 here now.
