If you have any problems uploading a picture in your post it might (as i was informed be your browser) I am using aol and i could not upload a picture but when i used internet explorer it works perfectly, so a big thanks to everyone for all the advice and stuff.

Yeah,I had the same problem,and solved the problem in the same way as you did.

now using firefox browser much much better
i hear opera browser is free now is that any better (probably much of a muchness )
anyone got any views on best isp provider and why...
